OUR PRACTICE ACCEPTS MOST MAJOR CREDIT CARDS AND INSURANCE PLANS.

We aim to provide a smooth experience for our patients that’s why we ask that you call ahead with your insurance information so we can verify the benefits before your appointment. This helps us to provide you with the most accurate estimates for anything you may need. Our insurance Coordinator is dedicated to all your insurance needs and makes every effort to have the insurance companies cooperate to pay their portion of the dental services required. As a courtesy, we file your insurance claim but if for any reason your insurance carrier does not pay their portion in full – you the patient are responsible for any difference.

We don’t double book our appointments, the time we reserve is just for you, therefore we ask our patients to provide a 48 hour (business day) notice prior to their appointment - if they want to cancel or reschedule. This allows us to be aware of the cancellations with enough time to make the necessary adjustments and give the slot to other patients.
